Canceling a Membership

If you cancel your membership, all upcoming payments will be automatically canceled. You will have access to the membership for the remainder of the billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, your account will fully expire. You will still have access to your customer account, but not access to membership content.

To cancel your membership:

  1. Log into your customer account.

  2. Click Account, then click Digital products or Subscriptions.

  3. Click the digital product you want to cancel.

  4. If you have remaining payments, click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.

  5. Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.

We reserve the right to cancel a membership at any time.

Refunds

Refunds can only be made for yearly memberships. The amount of the refund will depend on how many months are left in your membership at the time of the cancellation. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

If you have a 3 month membership and you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will continue having access to your membership for the remainder of the cycle. All future payments will be canceled.
